Flexo Midge, tied here by Cheech, is a simple and durable midge that follows his rule of thumb: if a midge takes more than five minutes to tie, the pattern should probably be simpler. A glass bead sits at the head, a stretchy Life-Flex body is wrapped over the thread, and a small dubbed thorax finishes it. It can be tied in a wide range of colors and sizes to match your local midges. Tied here on a size 20 hook.
