Micro Torpedo Jig Streamer
Curtis Fry ties this tiny jig streamer to reach the bottom fast, whatever the speed of the current. An oversized tungsten jig back on a size 14 hook puts the most weight into the smallest form. The fly drops quickly and brings the angler into contact with it sooner, which makes strikes easier to detect, and that suits Euro nymphing. It stays very small but still has plenty of movement. The style works in other color combinations too. Tied here on a size 14 hook.
