Materials

Hook

Jig hook, size 10-14

Bead

Tungsten bead, 3.3mm, pink or gold

Thread

Pink or red 6/0

Body

Squirmy worm material, pink or red

Step 1
Slide a bead onto the jig hook and secure in the vise.

Step 2
Start thread behind the bead and wrap back to the mid-point of the shank.

Step 3
Cut a 2-inch piece of squirmy worm material.

Step 4
Tie it in at the middle of the shank with X-wraps so both ends dangle freely.

Step 5
Whip finish and apply super glue to the tie-in wraps for durability.
